One person to handle the phone calls, the forms, and the ordering.

Prescription refills. Groceries. That letter from Medicare you have been avoiding. The tablet that has stopped working. We take those off your hands for a flat monthly fee.

Everything is done by phone, text, and email. We do not visit homes.

A new service, now taking on clients across New Jersey.

  • New Jersey based & operated
  • Background checks before any client work
  • One named person, never a call center
  • No contracts, no minimum term
  • Everything by phone, text and email
  • The first task is free — no payment details
  • No minimum term — cancel by text
  • Nothing happens without your say-so

Trusted Care Partners LLC is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or working for Medicare, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency or insurance company. We are not licensed insurance agents and we do not advise anyone on which plan to choose. We are not a home health care provider and we give no medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Who are you looking for help with?

If this is for you

Nothing has gone wrong. The systems just got worse. Renewing a benefit used to take a form and a stamp — now it takes a portal, a password you have to reset, a code sent to a phone number you changed years ago, and forty minutes on hold.

We handle that part. You stay in charge of every decision. We just do the running around.

If this is for your parent

You are not outsourcing your mother. You are outsourcing the phone tree.

Your parent deals with one person, not a call center. With their permission, we send you a short written summary each week of what was asked and what came of it, so you are not chasing to check. Because it all happens by phone and email, distance does not change how it works.

Your parent knows exactly what you can see. We do not report on anyone behind their back.

What we handle

The errands that eat a whole afternoon

Ask by phone, text, or email — whichever suits you. There is nothing to download.

Groceries & ordering

Standing grocery orders, household supplies, meal delivery. We track the delivery, sort out substitutions, and chase the refund when something arrives wrong.

Prescriptions

Refills coordinated with your pharmacy, auto-refill and delivery set up, deliveries tracked to your door. If something goes wrong at the pharmacy counter, we make the calls so you do not have to.

Paperwork

Medicare, Social Security, and insurance mail read and explained in plain English. We draft the response, you approve and sign it. We keep a dated list of your deadlines and confirm each one back to you in writing.

Technology

Phone, tablet, TV, and Wi-Fi, walked through over the phone. Passwords, email, video calls with the grandchildren. Explained without condescension, for as long as it takes.

A second opinion on scams

A suspicious call, email, or pop-up? Ring us before you click anything. The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center recorded $7.75 billion in losses reported by people aged 60 and over in 2025. We cannot promise to catch everything, but a second opinion costs you nothing.

Appointments & rides

Doctors booked, rides arranged and confirmed, reminders the day before. Unwanted subscriptions found and cancelled.

A real example of how this works. New Jersey's property-tax relief application has been sitting on the counter for a month. On a Tuesday you photograph it and text it to us. We check what it needs, fill it in with you over one phone call, and email it back for you to read and sign. Thursday, it is submitted, and the confirmation goes in your file — along with a note to chase the state if nothing arrives by the date they promise.

Your share of that: one phone call, and one signature.

How it works

Four steps, then it simply runs

  1. We talk

A real conversation, no sales script. We work out what actually gets in your way — and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

  2. You meet your person

One named person, assigned to you, and you keep them. If you would rather have someone else, you say so and you get someone else.

  3. We get set up

One call to sort out your pharmacy, your accounts, your deliveries and how you like things done — so the next request takes two minutes instead of twenty.

  4. You ask, we handle it

Phone, text or email. Every request gets written down and closed out, and whoever you choose can see the record.

Where things stand

We are new, and we would rather say so.

Trusted Care Partners is just starting in New Jersey. You should know exactly what that means before you ring us.

  • You get one named person, and you keep them. No call center, no switchboard, no repeating your story to whoever picks up. The same person learns your pharmacy, your doctors, and how you like things done.
  • We are growing carefully, on purpose. Doing this properly takes real hours per client, and we would rather be genuinely good for the people we have than spread thin across a waiting list.
  • Everyone who works with clients is background-checked before they start, and checked again every year. No exceptions, at any point as we grow.
  • We have no clients yet, so we have no testimonials. What we can offer instead is references you can actually telephone — ask us and we will give you names and numbers.
  • Insurance and bonding are not yet in force. We will not take a paying client until they are, and we will publish the insurer and the cover amounts on this page when they are.

So here is how we would take the risk out of it: the first task is free. Give us something small and irritating, see how we handle it, and decide afterwards. We will not ask for payment details before then.

Worth money, worth a deadline

New Jersey owes many older homeowners money. The form closes November 2.

Three state property-tax relief programmes — ANCHOR, the Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ — are now claimed on a single combined application. For an eligible homeowner they are frequently worth several thousand dollars a year. The people who miss out are almost never ineligible. They just never got round to the form.

Deadline: November 2, 2026

One application covers all three programmes for the 2025 benefit year. Miss it, and the wait is a full year.

Stay NJ

Age 65+, income $200,000 or less. Reimburses half your property tax bill, up to a $6,500 benefit.

Senior Freeze

Freezes your property tax at a base year and pays you back the increases. Age 65+ (or receiving Social Security disability), 10+ years owning your home.

ANCHOR

At least $1,000 for eligible homeowners — more if you are 65 or over — and at least $450 for renters.

This is exactly the kind of paperwork we handle. We gather what the form needs, fill it in with you, put it in front of you to check and sign, submit it, and chase the state if they come back with questions. It can even be your free first task — no payment details, no obligation, and you will know within one phone call whether you are likely eligible.

Figures as published by the New Jersey Division of Taxation; eligibility rules and amounts change annually and the final decision on any benefit belongs to the State, not to us — confirm current details at nj.gov/treasury/taxation. We are a private business, not affiliated with the State of New Jersey, and we do not give tax advice. We prepare and track the paperwork; you review and sign everything.

Trust & safety

What we do, and what we will never do

We are going to know your pharmacy, your post, and in time some of your passwords. You are entitled to know exactly where the line is — so here it is, in writing, from day one.

What we do

  • Ask your approval, in your own words, before anything is submitted or any money moves
  • Explain what a letter says, draft a reply, and let you sign it yourself
  • Write down what you asked for and what came of it, and share that with whoever you choose
  • Tell you plainly when you need someone other than us
  • Give you references you can telephone before you commit to anything

What we never do

  • Give medical advice, or handle or administer any medication
  • Give legal, tax, or financial advice, or accept power of attorney
  • Recommend investments or insurance plans, or become a holder on your accounts
  • Accept cash, loans, gifts of value, or anything left in a will — from anyone, ever
  • Ask you for a password by email or text. If someone does, it is not us
  • Tell your family anything without your knowledge

Not in place yet — and we will not pretend otherwise

Three things are being arranged before we accept a first paying client. Until each is done, we are not going to claim it:

Professional liability insurance and a fidelity bond covering theft. The insurer and the cover amounts will be published here.

Criminal background checks. Nobody works with a client before a check is completed and on file, and they are repeated every year. We will show you the paperwork on request.

A business password manager with per-use access logging. Until that is running we will not hold anyone's passwords at all — we will do those tasks with you on the phone instead. Handling bills and payments also waits until the bond is in force.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Is this home care?

No. We do nothing hands-on and nothing medical — no bathing, no transfers, no medication, and we do not visit homes at all. If that is what is needed, we will say so plainly and help you work out who to call. We handle the ordering, the paperwork, and the technology, by phone and email.

I do not need looking after.

Nobody needs help with a website that keeps logging them out. That is a design failure, not yours. This is for people managing perfectly well who have decided that forty minutes on hold with an insurance company is not a good use of a Tuesday.

Why would I trust a new company with any of this?

It is the right question, and being new is a fair reason to be cautious. Here is what we can offer you today rather than asking you to take our word: the first task is free and needs no payment details; references you can telephone before you commit; nothing gets submitted and no money moves without your say-so; and we will never accept a gift, a loan, or anything left in a will.

Insurance, bonding, and background checks are being arranged, and we will publish the details here when they are in force rather than before. Until the password manager is running we will not hold your passwords at all.

What does my family see?

Only what you agree to. You choose who is told what, and you can change it whenever you like. We will never report on you to your children behind your back — that is not a service, that is surveillance.

How do I stop?

Send an email or a text saying so. That is the whole process — you will never have to ring us and justify it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Billing stops at the end of that month.

When can I reach you?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside those hours leave a message and we will come back to you the next working day.

This is not an emergency service. If you think money has already left your account, ring your bank first, not us.

Where do you work?

New Jersey. Because everything happens by phone and online, anywhere in the state works equally well.

Get in touch

Start with a conversation

No sales pitch and no obligation. We will ask what actually gets in your way, and tell you honestly whether we can help. If you would rather just talk, ring (908) 555-0142 or email hello@trustedcarepartners.com.

The best number to reach you on. We will telephone, not text.

Optional. Leave it blank if you would rather we only telephoned.

Optional, but it helps us have a better first conversation.

We will ring you within two working days. We do not sell or rent your details and we send no marketing email. This form is delivered by Formspree, our form provider, and then goes to our inbox — nowhere else. See the privacy notice.
